Brothers Santos and José Nicolás Rubino started this legacy by working the vineyard with their own hands, guided by the desire to transform every grape into an authentic expression of their land. Over time, that vocation became the dream of crafting their own wines and giving life to a winery that reflected their family essence.
The first space where they decided to establish themselves is the same one where we continue to work today. There, the foundations of our identity were built, surrounded by the first machines that we still preserve as witnesses to the beginning of a great story. Those tools, symbols of work and perseverance, are also a source of inspiration today: they remind us where we come from and drive us to look forward.
